My guess is that it's just a bug. At that age, they can develop fevers with no other symptoms. Nicholas (at almost the same age) had a bug just like that. Fever for a couple of days, no other symptoms, and then it disappeared. It was very stressful. I hate fevers! p.s. We took her to the doctor... they said teething wouldn't cause that high of a temp. So they ran test after tests. We checked for strep, phenomoia, and mono but she didn't have any of that.
