Toys R Us Introduces Natural Toy Line

Available only at Toys R Us, these new line natural wood toys are made from replenishable materials that are chemical-free and eco-friendly (they bear the Forest Stewardship Council seal of certification.) The toys are simply decorated with the old-school wood-burning technique:

They remind me a lot of the toys that I grew up with at Waldorf School, except those were only available at small expensive boutique stores that imported mostly from Europe. Green has certainly gone mainstream (have you heard Walmart’s new slogan?), which means more choice for parents - Never a bad thing!
