I’m having the morning sickness “hunger” and am so glad to be reading about someone else with the same issue. Its like a burning feeling in my tummy and I feel SO bad until I eat!

Of course I remember you Foxy! I check up on you and charm and manda and all my catheter club buddies pretty much daily. I don’t post much unless there’s a specific question, but I’m always there pulling for you silently!

It is always good to put faces with names, but in the case of this picture its pretty much just my belly right? :)

You look AWESOME! You look way better pregnant than I did before I got pregnant. I don’t think you have a thing to worry about. You’re one hot mamma!

I had morning sickness to the point of needing to be medicated and couldn’t eat much of anything yet I still gained about 4 pounds. Go figure. I wouldn’t worry about it too much if I were you.

I think most OB’s will let you go natural, unless the baby or you are in distress and you HAVE to be induced or have a C-section. I’m actually seeing 2 different midwives at my OB practice and have been very happy with them. I turned 25 weeks today and feel HUGE! I just updated my nest BIO with pics! The body changes are weird, but definitely worth it!!

Thanks Melanie, I think I just wasn’t prepared for my body to change SO fast! The good news is today I haven’t been as starving, so hopefully that stage is winding down.

My first appointment is on the 16th.. I’m excited but nervous because I now realize I may want a more natural birth so unless I fall in love with this OB I think I’m going to have to find another option… I really don’t want a c section or too much intervention at all.. but I still want to be in a hospital so avoiding those interventions is really hard.

You look so good!!! I’m sure the fact that you were thin to start with is why you’re gaining it earlier than the norm. And the titled uterus thing could explain the fact that you are starting to show! Enjoy the eating while you can, it’s the one time in our lives we don’t have to worry about every excess pound and calorie :-) I’d rather have a few extra pounds on me than morning sickness any day! When is your first OB appt!?
